Bard Baroque Ensemble Concert – Fall 2021

4 pieces from the Baroque period are performed by the Bard Baroque Ensemble, Bard Chamber Singers, and Graduate Vocal Arts Program in this hour and a half long concert. Experience classic works from renowned composer Johann Sebastian Bach, with the orchestra utilizing the oft-forgotten sounds of Baroque instruments to create an authentic listening experience. From the rich, earthy tones of solo Baroque cellist Lily Moerschel, to the soaring vocals in “Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben”, this performance from top-class Bard musicians is not one to miss.
