Your Street, Our Stage is a short film directed by Johnny Alvarez, that follows Tania Coca Ardaya, who is a former street child in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Tania transformed her life through circus performance with the support of Performing Life International (Fundación Enseñarte). Now she is working as an instructor and Tania teaches and empowers other children from underprivileged neighborhoods to help them see through their circumstances and realize their potential through her work and their performances. Her story from the streets to the stage is inspiring and resilient, showing us the importance of community, and the transformative power of the art.
