The Bardian Ensemble

Joan Tower is a highly accomplished composer whose accolades include the Grawemeyer Award, 3 Grammy Award wins, and over ten different commissions from countless ensembles, orchestras, music schools, and conservatories from all over the world. Here, her composition, “A Gift” was commissioned by Paul L. King, a board member of Chamber Music Northwest.
